- Wednesday (22nd April) is a home rest/study day
- Full-time, in a classroom environment

Course Outline
This is a rough guide of what will be done each day. The schedule may change slightly in each course to ensure we are making the best use of time, but generally:

| Day 1 | By the end of Day 1, students will be able to complete a full basic flight plan. Topics covered include: – Climb, cruise, descent, and altitude capability – Other foundational flight planning concepts |
| Day 2 | – Refining and perfecting the basic flight plan – Completing a real flight plan in the afternoon |
| Day 3 | – More real flight plan exercises in the morning – Introduction to backwards planning in the afternoon |
| Day 4 | – Further work on backwards planning – Introduction to abnormal operations |
| Day 5 (Wednesday) | Home Day – Rest/Study Day for revision and independent study |
| Day 6 | – Abnormal operations |
| Day 7 | – Critical Points (CPs) in the morning – Point of No Return (PNR) in the afternoon |
| Day 8 | – Comprehensive revision of all topics |
| Day 9 | – Focus on weak areas – Exam and study technique refinement |
